What is iiTalkpack?
iiTalkpack is a VOIP service that offers free local and national calls for only $20 per month (
fair use policy applies).
How do I qualify for iiTalkpack?
You will need to have a current residential broadband plan and phone service with iiNet. If you already have a current broadband plan with both phone and VOIP, you can replace your existing VOIP service with iiTalkpack. Please note, iiTalkpack is not currently available with grandfathered plans.
What are some of the advantages of iiTalkpack?
- Free local and national calls
- Mobile calls for 29c per minute and international calls from 5c per minute
- Free basic features including call forwarding, voicemail, three way calling and many more
How does iiTalkpack work?
iiTalkpack uses VOIP technology, which works like a normal phone. You simply plug your handset into your VOIP enabled moden and use it like you would a phone. For more information on what equipment you need to use iiTalkpack, check out the VOIP equipment page.
Do the free calls apply to my normal phone service?
Only the local and national calls made via your VOIP handset are covered by iiTalkpack.
What happens if I move my phone service to another provider? Can I still use iiTalkpack?
You can still use iiTalkpack if you move your phone service to another provider. However, you will be charged $30 per month to use iiTalkpack.
How do I sign up to iiTalkpack?
If you're not already an iiNet customer, you can sign up online or call us on 13 19 17. Otherwise you can simply update your plan via toolbox
